Standortsicherheitsvorgaben / Site Security Target
Der evaluierte Standort bietet die folgenden unterstützenden Prozesse für andere Standorte an, die im Rahmen von allen Lebenszyklus-Phasen von ICs oder Smart Cards entstehen:
• IT Unterstützung,
• Debugging von ICs während IC Entwicklung (Phase II),
• Robustheitscharakterisierung und Verlässlichkeitstests von ICs während IC Entwicklung (Phase II),
• Fehleranalyse von ICs während IC Produktion (Phase III), IC Packaging (Phase IV), Kompositproduktintegration (Phase V) und operativer Nutzung (Phase VII),
• Verifikation von Design- und Maskendaten (Phase II),
• Materialverwaltung, und
• Elektrostatische Entladungsprüfung und Transmission-Line Pulse Prüfung (Phase II).
Diese Dienstleistungen werden in den Gebäuden FB, FD, BX und BF durchgeführt, die sich auf dem Gelände des NXP Standorts in Nijmegen befinden: Gerstweg 2, 6534 AE Nijmegen, Niederlande.
Das Gelände des NXP Standorts in Nijmegen kann in ein Zonenkonzept unterteilt werden. Alle für die Evaluierung relevanten Bereiche sind als GELBE oder ROTE Bereiche klassifiziert, welche Bereiche mit eingeschränktem Zutritt unter Kontrolle von NXP sind, die nur autorisierte Personen betreten können.
The Site under evaluation provides the following processes in order to support all life cycle phase of ICs and Smart Cards:
• IT Support,
• Debugging of ICs during IC development (Phase II),
• Robustness characterization and reliability stress testing of ICs during IC development (Phase II),
• Failure analysis of ICs during IC manufacturing (Phase III), IC Packaging (Phase IV), Composite Product Integration (Phase V) and Operational Usage (Phase VII),
• Verification of design and mask data (Phase II),
• Material management, and
• ESD and ESD TLP reviews (Phase II).
These services are performed in the buildings FB, FD, BX and BF located on the company premises of NXP Semiconductors Nijmegen: Gerstweg 2, 6534 AE Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
Generally, the complete NXP area can be subdivided by a zone concept. All areas in scope of the evaluation are classified as YELLOW or RED areas which are areas with restricted access under control of NXP where only authorized persons can enter.
