Der Standort GlobalFoundries Singapore Pte. Ltd. – Fab2, Fab7, Fab7G besteht aus vier Fabrikgebäuden und fünf Nebengebäuden. Die Gebäude und Etagen im Evaluierungsumfang sind Fab2 Etage 3 und 4 für die Verarbeitung von Maskendaten und Fehleranalyselabor, sowie Fab7 und Fab7G für die Wafer-Produktion.
The site GlobalFoundries Singapore Pte. Ltd. – Fab2, Fab7, Fab7G consists of four manufacturing buildings and five utility buildings. The buildings and floors in the scope of this evaluation are Fab2 floors 3 and 4 for mask data processing and failure analysis lab, as well as Fab7 and Fab7G for wafer production.
