Standortsicherheitsvorgaben / Site Security Target
Die Aktivitäten des Standortes umfassen:
IC Manufacturing including test program development (Phase 3) und IC Packaging (Phase 4) wie im „Security IC Platform Protection Profile with Augmentation Packages“ (PP-0084) definiert.
Zur Durchführung der Aktivitäten zur Entwicklung von Testprogrammen nutzt die Site die von NXP CCC&S bereitgestellte und gemanagte Remote IT-Infrastruktur. Lokal verfügbare Workstations und VPN-Router für die Verarbeitung von Entwicklungsdaten von Produkten werden ebenfalls direkt von NXP CCC&S bereitgestellt und verwaltet. Der Standort arbeitet gemäß den Prozessen von NXP CCC&S.
Der Standort wickelt den Transport von Sicherheitsobjekten von/zu anderen Standorten die in den Produktionsprozess involviert sind auf Basis einer NXP-Arbeitsanweisung ab. Die Auslieferung von Produkten am Ende von Phase 3 oder Phase 4 des Lebenszyklus an Kunden und End-Nutzer erfolgt entsprechend der Verfahren, die von NXP CCC&S für die Auslieferung an Kunden festgelegt werden.
The following life-cycle phases as defined in 'Security IC Platform Protection Profile with Augmentation Packages' (PP-0084) are subject of the SST:
- Phase 3: IC Manufacturing including test program development
- Phase 4: IC Packaging.
To perform its production and packaging activities the site uses the NXP CCC&S provided and managed remote IT-infrastructure. Locally available IT equipment like workstations or VPN router processing product development data are also provided and managed by NXP CCC&S directly. The site works according to NXP CCC&S processes.
The site conducts the transport of secure objects between sites involved in the production process according to NXP-working instructions. The site delivers products to the customer/consumer at the end of phase 3 or the end of phase 4. Delivery is performed according to the description provided in the documentation of the customer.
