Der Standort ‘Doosan TESNA’ befindet sich an folgenden Adressen:
- No. 450-2 Mogok-Dong,Pyeungtaek-City, Gyeonggi, Korea, und
- 116, Gwansan-gil, Wongok-myeon, Anseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea.
Die folgenden Bereiche fallen in den physischen Scope der Evaluierung:
Pyeungtaek Building
Wafer-Testbereich (erster und zweiter Stock des Werksgebäudes).
Der Testbereich in diesen Stockwerken ist ausschließlich für Samsung bestimmt. Alle Tester einschließlich ihrer Konfiguration werden nur für Samsung verwendet. Tesna stellt nur das Personal für die Bedienung der Systeme zur Verfügung.
- Sicherheitskontrollzentrum (erster Stock des Werksgebäudes).
- Wafereingangs- und Versandraum (erster Stock des Werksgebäudes).
Serverraum (dritter Stock des Fabrikgebäudes).
Gebäude Ansung
- Testlinie (erste, zweite und dritte Etage).
- Sicherheitskontrollzentrum (erster Stock des Werksgebäudes).
The site ‘Doosan TESNA’ is located at following addresses:

- Wafer testing area (First and Second Floor of the Plant building).
The testing area in these floors are dedicated for Samsung. All testers including their configuration are only used for Samsung. Tesna only provided the staff to operate the systems. - Security control center (First Floor of the Plant building).
- Wafer incoming and shipping room (First Floor of the Plant building).
Server room (Third Floor of the Plant building).
- Wafer testing area (First and Second Floor of the Plant building).
Ansung Building
- Test line (First, Second and Third Floor).
- Security control center (First floor of the Plant building).
