Standortsicherheitsvorgaben / Site Security Target
Die folgenden Services und Prozesse werden von Amkor Taiwan angeboten und sind Teil der Evaluation:
- Empfang, Identifizierung, Registrierung, und Lagerung von zersägten und nicht zersägten Wafern und ICs,
- DPS (Die Processing Service) Prozess inklusive Schleifen, Markieren, Sägen und tape and reel,
- Finales Testen der Wafer inklusive funktionalem Testen, DC Testen, Mix-Signal Testen und optionaler Prä-Personalisierung, und
- Lagerung und Versand von gefertigten Wafern und ICs.
- Transfer von Sicherheitsprodukten zwischen den Standorten T1 und T6.
The following services and/or processes provided by Amkor Taiwan, are in the scope of the site certificate.
- Receipt, identification, registration and storage of sawn and un-sawn wafers as well as ICs,
- DPS (Die Processing Service) process including grinding, marking, sawing, tape and reel,
- Final test of wafers including Functional testing, DC testing, Mix-signal testing, pre-personalisation (if necessary), and
- Warehousing and dispatch of finished wafers and ICs.
- Security product transfer service between T1 site and T6 site.
