Schutzprofil / Protection Profile
Das Schutzprofil definiert die Sicherheitsanforderungen an eine "Financial Smartcard", bestehend aus Sicherheits-Controller und Embedded-Software. Die "Financial Smartcard" wird als Sicherheitstoken im FISC-Inter-Bank-System für Finanztransaktionen (z. B. Barabhebungen, Geldtransfer, Steuerentrichtung, Online-Geschäfte) eingesetzt.
The Protection Profile defines the security requirements for a Financial Smart Card which consists of embedded software and a secure IC Controller. The Financial Smart Card is used as a security token for inter-bank financial transactions, such as cash withdrawal, fund transfer, tax payment and online sale within the FISC inter-bank system.
Dieses Schutzprofil steht nur noch in besonderen Einzelfällen für neue Zertifizierungsverfahren zur Verfügung. Es wurde durch eine aktualisierte Version BSI-CC-PP-0038-2007 ersetzt.
New product certifications can use this Protection Profile only in specific cases. An updated version BSI-CC-PP-0038-2007 is available.
