The Target of Evaluation (TOE) is the IC hardware of the microcontrollers P5CC008V1A/P5CC012V1A. The TOE also comprises IC Dedicated Test Software for test purposes and IC Dedicated Support Software, both stored in the Test-ROM of the microcontroller.
