Der Evaluierungsgegenstand ist die Renesas Cryptographic Library v5126 running on the RS46X. Die Renesas Cryptographic Library (RCL) stellt kryptographische Services unter Nutzung der RS46X Hardware zur Verfügung und ist als Krypto-Bibliothek für die Verwendung in der Embedded-Software vorgesehen. Der vorgesehenen Einsatzbereich sind Sicherheitsanwendungen, z. B. sichere Authentisierung, Datenverschlüsselung oder elektronische Signatur.
The Target of Evaluation (TOE) is the Renesas Cryptographic Library v5126 running on the RS46X. The Renesas Cryptographic Library (RCL) provides cryptographic services using the RS46X hardware. The TOE is intended for use in a range of high security applications, including high speed secure authentication, data encryption or electronic signature. The RCL is intended to use as crypto library by the Security IC Embedded Software.
