Der Evaluierungsgegenstand (EVG) und Gegenstand der Sicherheitsvorgaben ist das Software Application Layer Gateway “Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway 2010 (CC) Version 4.0.1752.10000” inklusive Service Pack 1. UAG stellt Remote Access für Applikationen, Netzwerken sowie internen Resourcen von verschiedenen Clients durch einen "Single Point of Entry" bereit. Als eine Netzwerkssicherheits- und Netzwerksschutz-Lösung stellt es "Anywhere Access", "Integrated Security", und "Simplified Management" bereit.
The Target of Evaluation (TOE) and subject of the Security Target (ST) is the software application layer gateway “Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway 2010 (CC) Version 4.0.1752.10000” (short: UAG 2010) including Service Pack 1. UAG provides remote access to applications, networks, and internal resources from diverse client endpoints through a single point of entry. As network security and protection solution it provides Anywhere Access, Integrated Security, and Simplified Management.
