In previous publications, the BSI as Germany’s Federal Cyber Security Authority has already covered the secure design of DLT applications in detail. Since the topic of DLT-based cryptocurrencies is currently intensely discussed, this guideline presents an explicit summary of those aspects that have been identified as most significant for their IT security.
