The current document extends [TR-03108-1] by defining conformity criteria for e-mail service providers (EMSP) and specifying tests which verify that the provided interfaces fulfil the requirements defined in the Technical Guideline. The tests cover the interfaces to the end user as well as from and to other EMSPs.
