Certificate proofs according to § 25 MsbG
Pursuant to Section 25(5), an SMGW Administrator (SMGW Admin or GWA for short) must provide evidence of certification of its ISMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO 27001 certification based on IT-Grundschutz. Within the scope of these certifications, the requirements of BSI TR-03109-6 in particular must be taken into account and compliance with the requirements must be confirmed by BSI-certified auditors.
The BSI has corresponding evidence for the companies listed below. For this purpose, the certificate numbers or registration numbers are listed in chronological order in the table, as well as the validity of the certificates.
It should be noted that the stated validity refers to the ISMS certificate. Any certificate supplements or conformity confirmations that confirm compliance with the requirements of BSI TR-03109-6 in connection with the ISMS may have a different validity.
