Feedback sheet: Certification of products, processes and services

This questionnaire relates specifically to the certification of products, processes and services. It expressly does not refer to the recognition of testing bodies and the certification of IT security service providers according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 or other areas of activity of the BSI. This questionnaire gives you the opportunity to give us feedback so that we can optimise our certification services for you. We ask you a few minutes of your time to answer the questions. Your information will be evaluated anonymously.

The rating is based on school grades (1= very good to 6= insufficient). In addition, we ask you to weight the importance of the questions (very important to unimportant).
