Digital first-aiders provide anyone affected by minor IT disruptions and IT security incidents with initial support in resolving these issues.

The Digital Rescue Chain brochure is intended to help those affected by an IT security incident to access the right link in the chain or actively escalate their issue to the next link.

Registered digital first-aiders
