Introduction

Products (IT equipment, equipment accessories, cables, etc.) for processing and transmitting classified information (classified information) of classification level VS and higher require radiation testing and TEMPEST approval by the BSI in accordance with the requirements of the Classified Information Instruction (VS, §57) and its implementing regulations.

 

These radiation tests include the testing of the radiation properties of each

VS-processing product, as well as the zoning of buildings in which these products are operated.
