Public administration Policy Certificate Authority
With the 'PCA-1-Verwaltung', the BSI operates a Policy Certificate Authority (PCA) for use by the public administration in Germany. Interested certificate authorities (CAs) from governments at the federal, state and municipal level can apply to have a CA certificate issued to them from this PCA.
