According to Section 21 of the German De-Mail Act, as the competent authority the BSI must publish the names of the accredited service providers. In addition to the accreditation ID, this also includes the respective accredited services, the identifiers of the domains used for this purpose as well as the period of validity of the accreditation, which must be renewed every three years according to Section 17 of the De-Mail Act.
