Work with classified information (CI) in federal authorities and federal institutions under public law is governed by the regulations of the "General Administrative Provision for the Material Protection of Classified Information (VSA)". A new General Administrative Provision for the Material Protection of Classified Information entered into force on 1 April 2023.
