Public tendering in the BSI
a large number of acquisitions, development projects and studies are awarded by the BSI to external contractors.
These invitations to tender are generally published in the German Tender Journal (<em>Deutsches Ausschreibungsblatt</em>). If they reach the required threshold, they are also published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the EU and on our website.
BSI tenders in the German Contracting Portal
Within the framework of the ‘Bund Online 2005’ initiative, the procurement agency of the Federal Ministry of the Interior has developed the German Contracting Portal.
From now on, the BSI will also announce publications of invitations to tender on the central Internet platform at www.evergabe-online.de.
E-tendering
Awarding contracts via the Internet – effortless and secure.
Gone are the days when companies had to rummage through a multitude of official gazettes and fill out paper forms to participate in public administration tenders.
It is now possible to view current BSI invitations to tender on the federal government's central procurement platform, with the option to conveniently download and process data directly there. You can submit your tender to the BSI awarding body at the click of a mouse. The process is secure and tenders cannot be read by third parties. Bids can also be accepted and contracts agreed electronically.
E-tendering makes it possible to take advantage of the opportunities.
The award procedure is handled completely electronically via the e-tendering platform. All you need is a signature card and a card reader. For more information, go to:
To take part in the e-tendering process, you need to register on the tendering platform (you can register and log in at www.evergabe-online.de).
