The consumer protection newsletter "Sicher . Informiert" is aimed at everyone who wants to be kept up to date on the most important events concerning the security of their computer and the internet. The newsletter is published bi-weekly. In case of any particularly dangerous situations, an extra edition of the newsletter is published to inform consumers immediately. With the security advisories, which you receive by e-mail via the subscription "Bürger-CERT Sicherheitshinweise" (Citizens' CERT Security Advisories), we provide information on an ad hoc-basis about current security vulnerabilities in common software programmes, as well as available updates. They contain technical details and tend to be aimed at advanced users who want to be informed at a technical level.
