The following subpages provide information on the German IT Security Act 1.0 of 2015 and the German IT Security Act 2.0 of 2021. Known as omnibus laws, they change the BSI Act (BSIG), the German Telecommunications Act (TKG), the German Telemedia Act (TMG) or the German Atomic Energy Act (AtomG), which means they also define the authorities and tasks of the BSI.
